La Magnolia is the ideal property for landscape artists looking for classical Tuscan scenery to paint or sketch. Once here, you don’t have to move further than the front door to get inspiration (see panoramic photo), which saves you valuable holiday time hunting for the right location. The views are simply breathtaking in all directions. It has a shady pine tree garden overlooking the valley where you can read or meditate and a 26 x 13 ft. swimming pool for cooling off in hot weather. You can drive into Cortona for dinner in 12 minutes, or walk there within the hour along a scenic lane that winds uphill through whispering olive groves and cypress tree avenues. The house is comfortably furnished. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and the kitchen is suitably equipped for discerning cooks.
