It is just 40 minute’s drive from Florence, and offers privacy and complete tranquility for an unforgettable holiday. The highly panoramic and sundrenched location is just a short distance from Lucca (35 mins) and Pisa (45 mins) and from the property you can quickly reach Montecatini Terme (a famous health Spa resort), the Viareggio, Versilia & Forte dei Marmi beaches and the Garfagnana hills. The fascinating town of Lucca offers great architecture and natural beauty, a mild climate and warm hospitality. It is also famous for its delicious food, wine and olive oil. The property is also within easy reach of several golf courses, numerous vineyards and of course trattorias. The charming and discreet Italo-Australian owners live in a separate house nearby with their own private entrance and garden that does not overlook the property.

On special request catering with or without musical entertainment can be organised by the owners for parties or special celebrations, guided visits to museums or art cities, painting courses (on canvas or porcelain) and courses in Italian cooking, while a full Tuscan dinner menù can be prepared and served at the Villa.

The villa provides private accommodation in 7 bedrooms (4 double bedrooms with king size beds, 1 triple room, 1 room with two single beds and 2 rooms with 1 single bed each) each with bathrooms, all with Jacuzzi. Air conditioning in all rooms. The 4 extra persons can sleep in two double sofa beds (one in the TV and Music room and the other one in the lounge).

Layout: (ground floor) dining room for 8 people; lounge with antique fire place, sofas and a card table with 4 chairs; well-equipped kitchen with seating for 6; downstairs bathroom with Jacuzzi shower; main kitchen with seating for 8, fireplace and pizza oven; lounge room with two sofas and double faced fireplace leading into the massive dining room with seating for 16;  TV room with divan bed for 2 persons; billiard room; second downstairs bathroom with Jacuzzi shower; small laundry room; above the 8-seat dining room is a bedroom with 2 single beds reached by a staircase of 9 steps. (second floor) two separate staircases give access to: 1st double bedroom with king-size bed and bathroom with Jacuzzi hydromassage bath and shower; 2nd double bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite Jacuzzi shower room; 3rd double bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite Jacuzzi shower room; 4th double bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite Jacuzzi shower room; gallery room with single bed reached by a spiral staircase; 5th (triple) bedroom with 3 single beds; 6th bedroom with single bed; an independent bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower, shared by the occupants of the 5th and 6th bedrooms.

On the grounds: Surrounded by 18 acres of olive groves, the villa has a well-developed and cared for garden of 1 acre, a beautiful 6×12 meter swimming pool with overflow and hydromassage unit. On the upper garden above the pool is a barbeque area with a shady (arbor) covered, al-fresco dining patio.
